- 1Heavy Equipment such as cranes may damage driveway and/or lawn. Measures are taken to try to minimize the amount of damage but ultimately you are responsible for any damage that may occur.
- 2We are not responsible for damaged sprinkler lines and/or any other unknown underground wiring.
- 3Stump grinding will remove the whole stump, however stump grindings will only be removed if asked and there will be an additional charge.
- 4If wood is left behind at the homeowners request, there may be an additional charge to come back and pick up.
- 5Homeowner is responsible for all needed permissions and/or notifying neighbors.
- 6Once a deposit is given and we have completed over 50% of the work it is non-refundable if you decide to cancel.
- 7All money paid at completion of the job is non-refundable once paid.
- 8Returned checks will be subject to a $45 return check fee plus a $50 admin fee.
- 9All quotes will include a 7% fuel surcharge.
